How I study and what I need to change

Alright for my first two years of university I have been experimenting with the way I study and have come to a conclusion. The most important thing to do is to take an interest in what you are studying and not hate what you are doing. Study plans, set hours for homework, spending time doing homework in the library are all fine but not really necessary. The bottom line is know what you need to do and make sure you understand it. Keep a list of things that need to be done and get them completed on regular schedule. Do some sort of review each week to summarize what you have learnt and keep it well organised.

The things I need to do are:

  • Get rid unnecessary paper work
  • Keep lists in a digital form that is easily updatable and accessible
  • Stick to a general study time and get rid of my complicated study plan
  • Simplify my learning, understand what I ultimately need to know

Hopefully this will keep me sane throughout my next two years before I graduate.
